As I’m sure you’re aware, precautions are being put into place nationwide to decrease the transmission and spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Your overall health is our top priority, and we want you to know that during these times, we are maintaining operations to the fullest extent possible to help manage our patients' hearing loss while following the ever-changing recommendations and regulations put forward by the CDC and our state governor, Kay Ivey.
Here is our current operational level:
- On April 3rd, 2020, Alabama's Governor, Kay Ivey announced a "Stay at Home" order. In keeping with this announcement, we will not be opening our office to see patients on a face-to-face basis. During this time, we ask that you please call our office at (256) 841-0930 if you are having any problems or if you are in need of an appointment. Your call will be directed to voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. We will be checking our messages throughout the day. We will do all that we can to help you even if it requires some creativity! Please be patient with us as we navigate through this unusual set of circumstances. Thank you!
Again, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (256) 841-0930. We look forward to continuing to help you on your hearing journey now and in the future, and wish you safety, health, and happiness in the upcoming weeks.
Aaron Johnson, Au.D., CCC-A
